HSA Golden first opened its doors in 1989 to provide an alternative to large, impersonal environmental firms. We believed there was a need for a company that could deliver comprehensive, integrated environmental engineering consulting services quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. We’ve done just that for more than two decades.

What We Do. Our capabilities include a suite of waste management services, such as solid waste facility permitting, landfill design, construction management, landfill monitoring and final closure, transfer station and recycling facilty engineering. Additional practice areas include contamination assessment, soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory compliance and permitting, site civil engineering, performance of real estate due diligence, and litigation support services.
