The most common education background of our entry-level employees is bachelor's or master’s degrees in civil or environmental engineering, geology, biology, chemistry, or industrial hygiene. Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required for all positions, and computer literacy is expected.

Specific opportunities include:

HSA Golden has an immediate opening for a senior-level environmental/civil engineer. The successful applicant will have experience in solid waste engineering and stormwater permitting as well as land development. The candidate must posses a B.S. (M.S. preferred) in civil or environmental engineering and a current Florida P.E., ten years or more experience in solid waste facility / transfer station design, permitting, and monitoring, environmental resource permitting, stormwater management systems, water use / consumptive use permits, surface water / groundwater modeling, along with specification and grading plans. Business development experience is mandatory, and the ability to bring new clients to HSA Golden upon hire is required. This position includes a generous, incentive-based, profit-sharing plan.
