| Scope: |
- Establish a grid network on site to facilitate sample collection.
- Determine groundwater flow direction via installation of piezometers and monitoring wells.
- Collect and chemically analyze 100 soil samples and 72 groundwater samples.
- Impacted area isolated during land use planning for use as a paved boat storage area and park, which were existing component parts of the site development strategy.
- Potential liability associated with impacted soil and groundwater mitigated.
