Client required FDEP and Orange County permits to construct and operate an 80-acre C&D landfill. |
| Scope: |
- Prepare Environmental Resource Permit (ERP).
- Prepare Groundwater Monitoring Plan and Operations Plan.
- Perform electrical resistivity and ground penetrating radar (GPR) surveys for subsurface profiling.
- Perform Floridan aquifer pumping test to calculate aquifer transmissivity and storage.
- Perform extensive groundwater geochemical analyses.
- Perform groundwater flow modeling using MODFLOW.
- Provide expert witness testimony for permit support.
- Obtain county planning and development board approvals for landfill as a special exception.
- Manage semiannual/biennial monitoring and reporting.
- Successfully obtained FDEP operational and Orange County permits necessary for landfill operation.
