| Scope: |
- Conduct Site Assessment (Rule 62-770.600, F.A.C.) to determine magnitude and extents of impact.
- Develop Remedial Action Plan and Addenda (Rule 62-770.700, F.A.C.), which included dewatering/air stripping combined with deep soil excavation followed by in-situ biosparging.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot biosparging remediation system.
- Conduct post-active remediation monitoring (Rule 62-770.750, F.A.C.).
- Soil and groundwater quality restored to meet regulatory mandates.
- Site Rehabilitation Completion Order received.
- Property value dramatically increased and subsequently redeveloped.
