| Scope: |
- Revise site plan and prepare and submit Class I MSW MRF permit modification application to FDEP and Orange County.
- Prepare geotechnical report for Class I building.
- Design Class I MRF building foundation and leachate collection system.
- Excavate and replace unsuitable fill identified during geotechnical study.
- Submit FDEP stormwater permit modification.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with FDEP.
- Conduct community and Orange County Board of County Commissions presentations.
