Provide engineering services to comply with Rule 62-701.320(10), F.A.C., permit renewals. |
| Scope: |
- Review existing site files.
- Conduct site visit to meet with the current site operator.
- Prepare facility’s permit renewal application on Form 62-701.900(1), F.A.C.
- Demonstrate how the facility will comply with any applicable new or revised laws or rules relating to construction, operation, or closure of the facility.
- Publish Notice of Application.
- Update Operations and Closure Plans to reflect changes in closure design, long-term care requirements, and financial responsibility documentation.
- Update closure cost estimate.
- Submit topographic survey and aerial photograph.
- Respond to FDEP requests for additional information.
