Construction management for Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) redevelopment project. |
| Scope: |
- Prepare bid documents consisting of construction plans for the site improvements based on two approved permits (City of Naples Construction Permit; and FDEP Southwest Permit) with construction sequencing plan, details, and specifications.
- Provide bidding assistance through preparation of agenda, attending prebid conference, and response to bidder questions.
- Conduct biweekly on-site construction inspections.
- Review weekly construction observation reports.
- Coordinate mandated tests and installations.
- Provide construction inspection and final construction walkthrough.
- Prepare Certification of Construction Completion Report.
