- Prepare detailed Operations Plan.
- Update topographic and boundary survey.
- Prepare proposed site plan, grading and drainage plan, landfill cell layout, retention pond details, fence details, and signage details.
- Prepare zoning and land use maps.
- Prepare Polk County conditional use permit application.
- Conduct detailed geotechnical investigations.
- Prepare detailed hydrogeologic assessment and Groundwater Monitoring Plan.
- Prepare financial responsibility, unauthorized waste control practices, equipment, and employee training documents.
- Prepare reclamation and closure plan to design the final cap and vegetation plan.
- Prepare Stormwater Management Plan to comply with FDEP, water management district, and county water quality and stormwater regulation requirements.
- Prepare Ecological Report to identify onsite wetlands and threatened or endangered species.
- Design recycling program.
