| Scope: |
- Test well water quarterly for bacteriologicals, lead and nitrate
- Report testing results to county health department.
- Prepare SPCC Plan as required by the U.S. EPA.
- Prepare SWPPP.
- File a Notice of Intent application for a multi-sector Generic Permit to FDEP’s NPDES Program.
- Conduct required quarterly TSS stormwater testing and annual reporting per FDEP requirements.
