Golf Course Engineering / Design / Permitting
HSA Golden works closely with architects, developers, property owner’s associations, and both publicly- and privately-owned
courses to develop and/or modify golf courses. Our project experience includes the retrofitting and rehabilitation of old
drainage systems, raising of fairways for better playability, development of master drainage plans, environmental permitting,
and wetland preservation design. We have also designed lined, reclaimed-water storage systems, and lined, aesthetic,
